The construction on Sussex Drive is coming to an end this fall.
You will have an opportunity to: learn about the state of the City’s finances and the draft 2016 budget; identify your priorities, and; offer your views and advice on trade-offs, spending and revenue generation
City Council recently approved a pilot project for parklets in our city. Parklets are public spaces or commercial spaces that are installed on parking lanes or on parking spaces.
As the new school year begins, I would like to provide you with an update on a few of the initiatives that the committee has been working on in preparation for the return of students to Sandy Hill
On April 29th, 2015 our office hosted a Community Forum on McArthur Avenue traffic safety
Sandy Hill is home to a diverse mix of residents, which contributes to the vibrancy of our community. Over the past four years, our office has worked to increase the quality of life of residents.
After hearing from the community association, community leaders and residents about the need for renewal, we held two BBQ consultations to hear your feedback on the future of Optimiste Park and St-Ambroise Park.
As an elected representative for the City of Ottawa, I regularly hear from residents about the need to place more strict controls on money lending and cheque cashing agencies in our community.
September marks the end of summer vacation and the start of the new school year.
